So, this tells me this is a scam, there is no Operation Yellow Jacket. Perhaps this might be a scam originating with an insurance company. After all, it wouldn't benefit the State to have people slow down, they want the fine money. About the only ones who would benefit would be insurance companies. Maybe. Who the hell knows? Maybe it's Obama Bin Laden, sitting in his cave, sending out scam emails. Maybe he's the one who keeps sending me the one about $20 billion locked in a bank in Kenya, if I will only give him my bank account numbers.........
